1-Testosterone cypionate (also called dihydroboldenone cypionate or DHB cypionate) is the 17β-cypionate ester of 1-testosterone (5α-androst-1-en-17β-ol-3-one). It is a synthetic anabolic-androgenic steroid (AAS) structurally related to DHT, featuring a double bond between carbons 1 and 2. It is typically supplied as an oil-based injectable for intramuscular use.

The cypionate ester slows release, producing a longer duration of action compared with the free hormone (similar in principle to testosterone cypionate). It does not aromatize to estrogen. Like other AAS, it is a controlled substance in the United States (Schedule III) and many other jurisdictions; possession or distribution without appropriate authorization is illegal. It has no approved medical indications in humans and is not a pharmaceutical product.
