Ryeqo Tablets for Uterine Fibroids. is an innovative, once-daily combination therapy designed to treat moderate to severe symptoms of uterine fibroids (also known as leiomyomas) in adult women of reproductive age. It is the first oral treatment of its kind, offering a non-surgical alternative for managing the debilitating effects of fibroids, such as heavy menstrual bleeding and pelvic pain.

How Ryeqo Tablets for Uterine Fibroids Works
Ryeqo utilizes a triple-action formula to manage symptoms effectively while minimizing side effects:

Relugolix (40mg): A GnRH receptor antagonist that lowers the production of estrogen and progesterone, the hormones that fuel fibroid growth.
Estradiol (1mg): An estrogen specifically included to replace some of the hormones lowered by Relugolix, preventing symptoms of low estrogen like hot flushes and bone density loss.
Norethisterone Acetate (0.5mg): A progestogen added to protect the lining of the womb (endometrium).
