In most contexts it refers to an injectable formulation of trenbolone—most commonly the acetate or enanthate ester—sold through underground/research-chemical (UGL) channels rather than by regulated pharmaceutical manufacturers.

What it is pharmacologically

• Active compound: Trenbolone (17β-hydroxyestra-4,9,11-trien-3-one and its esters). It binds the androgen receptor with high affinity and has a high anabolic-to-androgenic activity ratio (roughly comparable to or greater than testosterone on a milligram basis).
